IS DOR-MAR STILL OPEN DURING THE OHIO CORONAVIRUS STAY-AT-HOME ORDER?

YES, we are still open and available to service your family’s climate comfort needs. We consider your family’s comfort and being able to breathe clean air a priority. As always, our phones are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Because of the coronavirus guidelines, some of our customer service team may be working from their homes for their safety and protection. We are fully staffed and still able to service your heating and cooling equipment, as well as provide exceptional Indoor Air Quality products and services for your home.

WHAT HVAC SERVICES DO WE CURRENTLY OFFER?

We offer the following services for your home or business HVAC systems:

  • Air Conditioning Service and Repair — Before you know it, Ohio’s humid and hot summer will be upon us. Best to get your AC ready before the temperatures climb with a spring AC Tune-up.
  • Water Heating Maintenance and/or Replacement — Both of the services listed above fall under HVAC maintenance, but we also offer hot water tank maintenance and replacement.
  • Duct Cleaning — We recommend you have this service performed at least every 2 years, more often if you live in a dusty environment, have pets, or had recent in-home construction. Find out more
  • HVAC Equipment Replacement — Most modern HVAC equipment has a useful life of 10-12 years, given the tech advances. If the cost of a repair exceeds 50% of the cost of replacement equipment, we recommend a replacement. See our Air Conditioning and/or Heating System replacement pages. And yes, we still offer free equipment replacement estimates. Just reach out to our customer service team to schedule one.
  • Indoor Air Quality — Our IAQ services are second to none. If someone in your family suffers from breathing challenges, such as asthma or allergies, we can help with Aprilaire Whole-House Air Purifiers. We also offer UltraViolet-C germicidal light systems to kill airborne viruses, bacteria and help prevent mold buildup inside your HVAC system.
  • Furnace Tune-Up and Safety Check — it’s spring, so this may not be needed, but this IS Ohio, so you never know. We are here to get your furnace running as quickly as possible. Find out more

HOW ARE WE KEEPING YOU AND OUR TEAM SAFE?

We are taking precautions to keep our team and our customers safe from the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19. We ensure our team cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces, service vehicles, and cell phones.

  • PRE-VISIT CHECKLIST — we are following the World Heath Organization and the Centers for Disease Control guidelines to ensure the protection of our customers and our team.
  • LIMITED ENTRY TO OFFICES — We are not allowing entry to outside vendors or visitors to reduce unnecessary contact.
  • SCREENING — We are screening both customers and our staff for symptoms and risks prior to visiting customer locations.
  • IN-HOME CHECKLIST — All team members are required to wear shoe covers and gloves in homes at all time; wear MASKS as we travel to service areas; completely sanitize any surface area or equipment handled during a service
  • FOCUS — our team is focused on frequent hand-washing and/or using hand sanitizer, avoid touching their face, and covering coughs or sneezes with their sleeves.
