No heat call. Upon arrival thermostat was blank. Went to furnace and started checking voltage. Was getting 120 volts coming into unit. Out of transformer I was getting between 30-35 volts. Out of circuit board I wasn’t getting any low voltage which indicates bad circuit board. Circuit board possibly gone out due to high outlet voltage of transformer. Need an estimate sent over for new transformer and circuit board. Put in parts order form for new board and transformer. I couldn’t run heating or cooling due to circuit board being fried. I inspected indoor and outdoor unit without running them. Based on evaluation highly recommend replacing units due to age and condition. Inside coil is really rusty and Lennox units tend to leak in evaporator coil. There is a high possibility of leak in evaporator coil. Refrigerant is also r22 which is not made anymore. Sent over estimate on replacement for furnace, indoor coil, and outdoor condenser. Customer should have a replacement quote and repair q

We performed routine maintenance on your air conditioning unit today. Led by our technician, we thoroughly inspected the indoor and outdoor coils, ensuring they were in good condition. Additionally, we checked for any burnt or loose wires and assessed the amps on the blower motor, condenser fan, and compressor. The refrigerant pressures were also examined, along with the contactor and capacitor readings. While inspecting refrigerant levels tech found leak on suction line schrader valve. Estimate signed to fix leak with leak repair kit. Best day for customer to install leak repair kit would be Friday or Thursday.

This is an estimate to replace existing 3 and 4 ton air conditioners. This will include all labor and material to complete the job. Systems are in stock and available for next day install. This will include running a 35 ft trunk line off the bigger system and installing two 8 inch drops for add on and looking into why we are not getting air flow into one of the office spaces. If you would like to have this done please accept the estimate and we will get this scheduled. Thanks ron Job complete
