In the extreme heat, our air conditioner went out. David went above and beyond and triple checked everything just to see if we could fix the problem without having to replace everything. He was super thorough and walked us through all the steps. In the end, we got a new unit and he arranged everything and provided us with multiple options. We were thankful for the education and for the wonderful customer service.
