Bryson is great. He seems to really know his stuff and I feel confident that he did an excellent job. He and his partner even came early because I had mentioned to them I needed to make a community visit for work. He’s focused and has been here before so felt very comfortable.

In the extreme heat, our air conditioner went out. David went above and beyond and triple checked everything just to see if we could fix the problem without having to replace everything. He was super thorough and walked us through all the steps. In the end, we got a new unit and he arranged everything and provided us with multiple options. We were thankful for the education and for the wonderful customer service.

Customer reported fan making noise. Wasn’t the familiar sound of a bad motor.. it sounded like something stuck in the fan blades. She showed me a video of the sound but it wasn’t making it while I was there. Took cover off & made sure fan was spinning freely. Cleaned coil & filters.

Unit is an electric heat pump. Checked amps on heating elements. Checked amps on blower motor. Checked supply temp for both heat pump heat and emergency heat. Everything seemed to be operating properly.
