Bryson is great. He seems to really know his stuff and I feel confident that he did an excellent job. He and his partner even came early because I had mentioned to them I needed to make a community visit for work. He’s focused and has been here before so felt very comfortable.

In the extreme heat, our air conditioner went out. David went above and beyond and triple checked everything just to see if we could fix the problem without having to replace everything. He was super thorough and walked us through all the steps. In the end, we got a new unit and he arranged everything and provided us with multiple options. We were thankful for the education and for the wonderful customer service.

Outside unit making noise. Checked operation of system. The fan and compressor were both making some noise. I just replaced capacitor about a month ago. Checked amps on compressor and read 83. Then dropped down. Unit is an old r 22. Recommend unit replacement since compressor is failing.
