I arrived at the customer's house to find that the furnace was not working. I checked the hub and found that it was receiving 24 V but was not working. I tried to put a temporary thermostat on, but it kept popping the fuse. I then disconnected the thermostat wire from the board and jumped straight from the board to the control board. I found that the control board was bad, so I put in an order for a new control board and hub.
