I paid for first repair minus a deduction of the "service call" . The furnace was back out a few days later for pressure switch error again. I was assured next visit was N/C due to failed repair and so on. Two vists later with no real fix made, I am to be charged for another repair attempt in full. All techs seem to have hard time pinpointing the actual issue causing pressure switch error. I reluctantly agreed to pay even though I feel it should be covered or discounted has I have already paid to repair once just a few weeks prior. Due to this frustration I opted to cancel membership for the future preventive calls next spring and fall, as I will go else where. The company advised me I would get the partial payment due to deduction of free service call, only to later tell me I will not get any refund due to constant visits needed to my property. This is ridiculous considering the constant visits are because they have not been able to provide competent repair to my furnace. Supervisors Garrett and Thomas seem careless and have not answered or returned calls.Edit: last repair did not repair furnace issue either.
