What’s Included? Annual visit and service on your following appliances:

• Clothes Washer & Dryer – checking mechanical and electronic functions, and ensuring the appliances are running efficiently.
• Dryer Vent Cleaning – Dryer vents are one of the most common causes of house fires. Cleaning the excess lint in the system, combined with clearing out excess lint in the dryer, makes your home and your family safer.
• Refrigerator Service – we’ll check the mechanical, electronic and refrigerant function of the appliance, ensuring it’s running at peak efficiency.
• Oven and Range Service – Whether electric, natural gas, propane/LP gas, we’ll service your appliance to run at peak efficiency, checking its electric and gas systems to ensure safety.
