Paul is the on-site manager. He talked with me and said that her system is working fine and that I was not authorized to enter her residence. He said she is the only one who is complaining about a high bill. I told him I would check the coil it might be covered in cotton wood. He said they would do that. Told me that I didn’t need to check any thing and for us to send him the bill for my trip.

When I arrived tenant stated system was not cooling his house. Created a call for cooling inspected system found outside condenser to be extremely low on the fridgeant. Added 2.5 pounds of refrigerant to a 10° sub cool system is running and operating normal, also adjusted air flow to match tonnage, And duck work

NEED TO RETURN TO REPLACE THE TRANSFORMER FOR AIR HANDLER. Replaced transformer everything is up and running
