i like that dor mar is local n family run thats why i chose u guys i think the pricees on the ac unit n the hot water tank that i purchased was a little high but the customer service that i got was top notch very happy with the products n the service i received will highly reccomend u guys to everyone brad who did the inspection of install was very good with info andswerd all my questions and i believe he shud get credit of my hot water tank we talked bout it when he did the follow up on my ac unit last year

They shown up on time they were professional polite courtesy they explain all the questions that I had they cleanup there mess n took it with them doug n dave was very good n helpful I was told the sales rep I would have a diff water heater cus they were having problems with the Rheem brand but th installers brought me the Rheem said they switched wholesalers in the last 2 months had no problems I hope they are correct

Cooling sock is about 300ft long. I spoke with Kyle on FaceTime and we are going to need a few guys out here for about 3-4 hours to hang the sock correctly. I have the air sock tied up out of the way for now. Please schedule a time and material job.

Added a 4-3 reducer in the water heater vent, turned gas back in to both units, just needs fired up by owners

This is an estimate to replace the gas regulator feeding RTU for back office. It approved just sign estimate and will get it scheduled. Thanks, Nate. Returned and replaced gas regulator. Unit fired up and is running as it should.

Found unit sparking but not firing. Checked incoming gas pressure. Had no gas. Tapped regulator feeding unit and gas pressure went up and unit fired. Need to send estimate to replace regulator.
