No failing parts on the 2018 tall Bradford white electric water heater. Flushed tank to basement bath tub. Needs 50ft hose. Drain in furnace room has non removable plastic screen. Radon reading was still at 10. Greg was here testing when I got here and will be addressing steps forward there. Both hose spigots leak so couldn’t get accurate pressure reading. Breaker is back on and tank will be hot in 30-40 minutes.
