Arrived to do start up on install. Thermostat was programmed to energize in heating. Changed it to energize in O & then tested aux heat & getting no heat. 120 at each strip & continuity across strips but no heat. POF for new heat pack

Can hear refrigerant going through compressor& good cap readings. Fan getting voltage but only kicking on half the time. POF for new outdoor fan motor
