We are very pleased with our service. Normally when you are given a window of time the attendant shows up at the end of the window, but Dave Atha was there right on time, and even could have been there earlier if we hadn't been working. It was an all around great experience. We would like to have Dave as our technician going forward.

Explained about how the Bosc works. He installed the thermostat that is on the system and the common wire was not hooked up and had a pin that was bent down so not connected properly to its base. Fix those issues and system seems to be working properly.

When I arrived, customers stated that the unit was not blowing out. Cold air checked outside. Condenser found condenser did not have voltage going into the contactor found fuses. In disconnect to be open also found capacitor to be bad, which could have caused the fuses to open. Currently, do not have 30 amp. Bussman, fuses, on my truck. We'll need to set up return appointment to replace fuses and capacitor and finish testing system

Very low on R22 … Unit is in very bad shape as well as furnace, but customer just wanted it repaired for now. Said they are trying to get another year out of it sent estimates.

Estimate to replace contactor for blower motor need to return to do maintenance on unit. Filters 20x25x2 4 of them coils need cleaned and economizer screens brushed them off filters were plugging up air flow. Cleared condensate drain also

Installed UVLight and ez-trap and locking caps. Checked system it is running good. Some cotton wood on outdoor unit advised customer about it and how to clean it off. Answered all of their questions on the new system.

Installed new control board. Created call for cooling. System running and operating upon departure. Noticed condenser coils had a lot of damage from animal urine on bottom corners. Potentially going leak leak in the near future.
