Today, we have performed necessary routine maintenance on your air conditioning unit. Our technician diligently conducted an examination of both the indoor and outdoor coils to ensure their satisfactory condition. Furthermore, we carefully inspected all electrical connections for any signs of damage and assessed the amp readings of the blower motor, condenser fan, and compressor. Thorough examinations were also conducted on the refrigerant pressures, as well as the contactor and capacitor readings.

Basked on evaluation tech recommended installing hard start kit to help prolong life of compressor due to the fact the unit is a couple years old. Customer agreed and tech installed hard start kit.

Ac maintenance. Asked if there were any questions or concerns. Checked both indoor and outdoor coil. Checked amps on blower and condenser motor. Checked for any loose or burnt wires. Checked refrigerant levels. Found unit low on charge. Added a pound and a half of refrigerant and added leak seal to plug up leak.

condition and operation. Furnace and blower motor were clean and operating normal. Checked return air filter, return air filter was clean. Checked condensate drain line and cleared drain line out. Checked temp drop across furnace. Had a 19° temp drop across evaporator coil. Checked outside condenser coils and front front of the coils damaged towards the bottom. Looks like they're was something that made contact with the coils and bent them in. Was not able to clean coils, due to no water connection. Coils were clean. Checked amp draw for fan motor and compressor. Both were running and operating normal within manufacturer specifications. Checked capacitor, capacitor tested good. Checked contactor condition, had no pitting or rust. Checked wiring, wiring was in good condition. Checked refrigerant charge, manufacturer recommends a 10° subcool plus or minus 3°. System had a 1.8° subcool. Added 2 pounds of refrigerant to a 10° subcool. System is running and operating normal upon
