Returns are inspected at our warehouse upon receipt. Credit will be given to items we determine have not been installed or used in any way (except in case of defect). We will issue a refund for qualifying merchandise returned within 30-60 days of receipt. We will issue a credit to special order returns that are deemed defective only. Service packages are not eligible for refunds. No refunds or returns on electrical parts.
